Shipping and Returns

USA FREE SHIPPING! All orders within U.S. and U.S. territories are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Orders below $100 pay a friendly $6.65 flat rate price, otherwise all orders are shipped FREE of charge! If you require expedited or international shipping methods, email prior to payment to arrange for an alternative method. Dress to Sweat is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue. Under any circumstance, Dress to Sweat is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Dress to Sweat ships to most countries outside the United States. Dress to Sweat will be notified when you are checking out and will get back to you within 24 hours with your shipping cost. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning duties and taxes will be charged by the shipping provider upon delivery to the customer. Payment of the taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs.

TRACKING: You can view and track the status of your order at any time. Simply log into your account by clicking the "My Account" tab at the top center. Log in and you will see your previous orders. If your order says "PROCESSING", then your order has been received and is pending. If your order is "SHIPPED" then you will see a delivery tracking #. HASSLE FREE 21 DAY RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily send the item back for a full refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable) or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of the original purchase date. Once the item has been worn, washed, or the tags are removed, it cannot be returned. When returning items please make sure the original tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, self-tanner, deodorant, and hair, as such clothing cannot be accepted.

To Request a Return: Prior to sending your purchase back to Dress to Sweat, please do the following to receive authorization for the return:

  1. To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
  2.  Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
  3. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
  4. You will receive an email from Dress to Sweat within 48 hours with more details. Please wait to ship the items until you have received an email from Dress to Sweat authorizing the return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging (including all tags). Return the items along with a copy of your invoice to Dress to Sweat

We recommend that you ship items using a traceable carrier. No COD orders will be accepted.

You are responsible for the return postage. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds may take 1-3 additional business days to appear on your statement or in your account.
